PURPOSE: An insulation protection cap of a cramp type terminal for color variable type wiring and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a worker to easily confirm a bad connection of a cramp type terminal for wiring through a color change of a first variable portion of irreversibility when an insulation protection cap is exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A hollow portion(210), a first variable portion(220), and a second variable portion(230) are respectively prepared. One end of the hollow portion and one end of the first variable portion are combined in one body by heat fusion. By using a bonding member(233), the second variable portion is combined with the outer circumference surface of the hollow portion or the outer circumference surface of the first variable portion. The first pigment of reversibility is included in the first variable portion. The color of the first pigment is changed by high temperature. In low temperature, the color of the first pigment is changed to an original color. A second pigment of irreversibility is included in the second variable portion. The color of the second variable portion is permanently changed by high temperature. |
