PURPOSE: A reversing valve is provided to easily change a refrigerant path by rotating a path conversion rotator inclined in one direction with a driving motor. CONSTITUTION: A reversing valve comprises a valve body(10), a path conversion rotator(20), covers(30A,30B), and a driving motor(40). A rotator installation hole(11) is longitudinally formed on the valve body. An inlet hole(12) and multiple connection holes(13) communicated with the rotator installation hole vertically penetrate the valve body. The path conversion rotator comprises a rotary shaft installed inside of the rotator installation hole and a path division plate protruded along the outer periphery of the rotary shaft and inclined in one direction. The covers are installed on both sides of the valve body. The driving motor is installed on at least one side or both sides of the covers and is couple to the rotary shaft.
