PURPOSE: A food composition containing a phragmitis rhizoma extract is provided to secure the stress inhibiting activity and the athletic performance enhancement effect. CONSTITUTION: A food composition contains a phragmitis rhizoma extract as an active ingredient. The phragmitis rhizoma extract is obtained by extracting phragmitis rhizome with a solvent selected from the group consisting of water, alcohol with 1~6carbons, and their mixture. |
