PURPOSE: Perm tongs and a perm rod used to perm hair with radiant heat are provided to remarkably reduce hair damage and to perm hair with radiant heat without the risk of an electric shock. CONSTITUTION: Perm tongs and a perm rod used to perm hair with radiant heat include a heating metal plate component(14) which is installed on the inner surface of a pressurizing part(13) extended from a top pressing part(12) and is formed in an arc shape; a first tong part(11) and a second tong part(11') which are equipped with the pressurizing part having the heating metal plate component inside, receive thermal energy from an electric heater(15) receiving electric energy through a power supply jack, obtain elasticity from an elastic component(16), and is capable of moving in rotary motion around a hinge shaft(17); and a radiant heat radiating component(18) made of silicon rubber and wrapping around the pressurizing parts and the heating metal plate components of the first and the second tong parts. |
