PURPOSE: A wood removing device with a wire winding guide is provided to prevent safety accidents by preventing the momentary release of unevenly wound wires and to extend the life of the wires by improving the storage condition of the wires. CONSTITUTION: A wood removing device comprises a body(2), a moving unit(3), a winding drum(4), a wire winding guide(5), and an operation part(6). The wire winding guide comprises a reducer, a rotating disc, a pair of guide bars, a pair of vertical supports, a guide body, and a guide roll. The reducer is installed in front of the winding drum. An input shaft laterally installed in the lateral side of the reducer is connected to a rotary shaft of the winding drum by a chain belt to receive power. An output shaft vertically installed in the reducer transfers decelerated power to the upper part. The rotating disc is rotated on the output shaft of the reducer and has a rotating protruded bar protruded upward on the top thereof. The pair of guide bars is installed in the front and rear sides of the top of the rotating disc in the lateral direction of the winding drum. The pair of vertical supports is coupled at the top of the body and couples both ends of the guide bars to fix the position of the guide bars. The guide body reciprocates in the lateral direction of the winding drum. The guide roll is installed inside the guide body and supplies a wire to the winding drum. |
