PURPOSE: A gasket for joining a muffler is provided to smoothly insert nuts into bolt holes as a projection is flexibly curved by the cut portions on both ends. CONSTITUTION: A gasket for joining a muffler comprises a pair of projections(125) and cut portions(126). The projections protrude from the rim of a bolt hole(124) penetrating the gasket. The cut portions are horizontally cut from the rim of the bolt hole at a same width with the projections.
