PURPOSE: A jumping twist exercise apparatus is provided to enable a user to train the whole body through a rotation motion. CONSTITUTION: A jumping twist exercise apparatus comprises a first bottom support(10), a second bottom support(20), a base frame(30) which is set on the top of first and second bottom supports, a first hinge bearing part(40) which is protruded from and fixed on the base frame, a body frame(50), an upper linkage support(60), a lower linkage support(70), a main elastic member(80), a secondary elastic member(90), linker part(100), a second hinge bearing part(110), and a footstool plate(120).
