PURPOSE: A moveable storage medium security method capable of user access trace is provided to always store access information in a server in case of accessing a moveable storage medium, thereby performing after trace through access information. CONSTITUTION: A client(30) receives a purchase authentication code and a password of a user. The client generates a pair of a private key and a public key. The client encodes access information of a server(40) as the public key of the client. The client encodes a device identification number of a moveable storage medium, the purchase authentication code, encoded access information, the public key of the client and a hash value of the password as a session key. When the encoded access information is authenticated, a server stores the access information. When the purchase authentication code is authenticated, the server stores the public key of the client and the hash value of the password.
