PROBE UNIT FOR INSPECTING DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A probe unit for display panel inspection is provided to increase reliability for inspection repetition by preventing deformation of a probe. CONSTITUTION: A probe sheet forms first bumps touched with access terminals of a display panel, and forms second bumps touched with a connection member with a tab integrated circuit. An elastic plate(400) of a metal material is adhered to the probe sheet. A main body(100) has a front side and a bottom side. An align block(200) is installed in the bottom side in the main body.
