LIGHT ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A light organic light emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve an aperture ratio by forming a drain contact hole which is parallel to the width direction of an opening region. CONSTITUTION: A gate line(GL) and a data line(DL) define a pixel region(P). A switching thin film transistor(STr) and a driving thin-film transistor(DTr) are formed in the pixel region. A first electrode(170b) is connected to a drain electrode(140d) of the driving thin-film transistor through a drain contact hole. A bank insulating layer(180) exposes the part of the first electrode to define an opening region. An organic light-emitting layer(190) is formed on the first electrode exposed by the bank insulating layer.
