PURPOSE: A vessel mooring apparatus using hull shape data is provided to stably moor a vessel to a quay by controlling the operation of a mooring module depending on hull shape and vessel position data. CONSTITUTION: A vessel mooring apparatus using hull shape data comprises multiple rails(100), one or more mooring modules(200), connection lines(300), and a control unit(400). The rails are extended between the top and bottom of the vertical surfaces(11,13) of a quay wall(10). The mooring modules are coupled to the rails to be moved at the upper and lower sections of the rails. The connection lines are coupled to the mooring modules to supply working fluid to the mooring modules. The control unit is connected to the connection lines and calculates the vertically moving distances of the mooring modules and the horizontally moving distances of fender members(210) installed in the mooring modules to move the fender members based on the calculated moving distances. |
