PURPOSE: A portable functional ultraviolet hardening device is provided to partially harden and sterilize, using ultraviolet, paint or nail polish quickly. CONSTITUTION: A portable functional ultraviolet hardening device includes a lens part(500) capable of interchanging lenses with different sizes depending on a hardening area, and having a lens with protrusions or an optical fiber to prevent dispersion and obtain straightness of light; a power supply part(200) with a rechargeable battery and a battery inserted in a case formed for portability; a light emitting module part(400) with multiple ultraviolet LEDs installed; and a control part(300) controlling the number of light emitting ultraviolet LEDs depending on uses, and allowing the light emission for a fixed time.
