PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organopolysiloxane is provided to manufacture the organopolysiloxane by an extremely effective method in a cost and to easily collect a water-insoluble organic solvent, hydrochloride and an alcohol collection. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of organopolysiloxane comprises: a first step reacting tetrachlorosilane with a mixture consisting of a monovalent alcohol and water; a step of mixing water-insoluble organic solvent and mono-functional silane with the obtained mixture, and injecting water while mixing the mixture; and a step of adding water for hydrolysis and selectively adding a monofunctional silane or disiloxane one more time. In the second step, the added amount of the mono-functional silane is 0.43-2 mole based on 1 mole of tetrachlorosilane.
