PURPOSE: A partial hairline grinding device of a thin sheet frame embedded in a slide cellular phone is provided to selectively exclude by moving a thin sheet frame to a guide plate of a grinding support unit so that a hairline is selectively formed only in horizontal portion being exposed. CONSTITUTION: A partial hairline grinding device of a thin sheet frame(M) embedded in a slide cellular phone comprises grinding belt guide rollers(102,103), a grinding belt(105), a grinding supporting unit(20), a frame machining correspondent device(30). The grinding belt guide rollers are wound in between the guide roller after being respectively fixed to left and right sides maintaining a constant distance. The grinding supporting unit is installed on a top surface portion of the grinding belt being flatly maintained in between the grinding belt guide rollers. The grinding supporting unit maintains the horizontality of the grinding belt and provides a constant friction force. The frame machining correspondent device is installed in the lower part of the grinding belt corresponding to the grinding supporting unit. |
