PURPOSE: A serial heating and hot water supply system is provided to rapidly repair a heat exchanger for supplying hot water as a heat medium is supplied to a hot water dispenser through an emergency pipe. CONSTITUTION: A serial heating and hot water supply system comprises a flow sensor(140), a flow switch(150), a flow control valve(160), and a controller(170). The flow sensor generates different signals according to the flow of a heat medium supplied to a hot water supply heat exchanger. A flow switch generates signals when the hot water circulates after a used faucet(210) is opened. The flow sensor is installed in a bypass pipe(193), and controls the flow of the heat medium returning through the bypass pipe. The controller controls the flow rate of the heat medium by controlling the flow control valve on the basis of a signal value generated from the flow sensor. The controller controls the flow rate of the heat medium flowing through a heat medium supply pipe by increasing the internal pressure of a heat medium discharge pipe(192) and heat medium supply pipe(191). |
