PURPOSE: A unicycle is provided to drive at a high speed by increasing the rotational number of a wheel according to the diameter ratio of a first disk gear of a pedal shaft and a second disk gear of a wheel hub. CONSTITUTION: A unicycle comprises a pedal shaft(10), a wheel hub(20), a first disk gear(30), a driving shaft(40), a driven shaft(50), and a second disk gear(60). A first pedal(11) and a second pedal(12) are arranged in both ends of the pedal shaft. The pedal shaft penetrates through a core slot of the wheel hub and a rim is connected to the outside of the wheel hub by radial spokes. The center of the first disk gear is fixed in the pedal shaft and first gear teeth(31) are formed on the exterior of the first disk gear. When the pedal shaft rotates, the first disk gear is rotated. A first side gear(41) engaged with the first gear teeth is installed in one end of the driving shaft and a driving gear is installed in the other end thereof. A driven gear(52) engaged with the driving gear is arranged in one end of the driven shaft and a second side gear(51) is installed in the other end thereof.
