PURPOSE: A fresh water generating system of drill ship is provided to produce fresh water in a cool temperature of O deg C in the ocean. CONSTITUTION: A fresh water generating system of drill ship includes a seawater supply pump(5,5a), a preprocessing heater(6,6a), and a fresh water generator unit(10,10a). The seawater supply pipeline(4,4a) includes the preprocessing heater and the fresh water generator unit. The preprocessing heater is installed to the downstream side of the seawater supply pump to supply constant calorie to the sea water. The tide unit is installed at the downstream side of the preprocessing heater to produce fresh water by using the reverse osmosis method. |
