PURPOSE: A wastewater treating apparatus using electro-coagulation is provided to improve the quality of treated water and to properly eliminate the turbidity of the treated water by accelerating the speed of coagulation and the formation of floc. CONSTITUTION: A wastewater treating apparatus(100) includes a reacting chamber(110), an electrode plate(120), a power supplying part(130), and a coagulating agent injector(140). The reacting chamber includes a wastewater inlet(112) and a coagulated treated water outlet(114). Electro-coagulation is generated in the reacting chamber. A negative electrode plate and a positive electrode plate are alternately arranged in the reacting chamber. The coagulating agent injector is installed at the wastewater inlet and injects a mixed coagulating agent or an inorganic coagulating agent into the wastewater. The mixed coagulating agent includes an inorganic coagulating agent and an organic coagulating agent. |
