PURPOSE: An image document file generating/accessing method capable of action implementation and a text search, a device and a recording medium storing a program are provided to utilize inherent information of a text, thereby automatically implementing a search function. CONSTITUTION: A document image conversion unit(110) converts an original document file into an image file. A document resolution conversion unit(120) changes resolution of the original document file and generates a search document file. A file combination unit(130) synchronizes and combines the image file and the search document file. The file combination unit generates a mobile document file. The document resolution conversion unit finds locations of characters, which are included in the original document file, in the image file. The document resolution conversion unit sets up coordinate values and field information of the characters. The file combination unit synchronizes the original document file and the image file.
