PURPOSE: A content providing system with a QR(Quick Response) code is provided to promote the activation of the QR code according to the activation of a smart device by building a content transaction system linked with the QR code. CONSTITUTION: An authentication unit(110) obtains connection information from a smart device. The authentication unit determines connection permission for the smart device based on the connection information. A database(120) stores contents, content prices, user information, and content purchase details of each user. A QR(Quick Response) code generating unit(130) generates a QR code including address information for accessing the contents.
