PURPOSE: A fatigue recovery or stress controlling food composition containing a phragmites communis extract is provided to reduce the SOD activity of a user for offering the stress controlling stress. CONSTITUTION: A fatigue recovery or stress controlling food composition contains a phragmites communis extract as an active ingredient. The food composition is for controlling the stress caused by exercising. The phragmites communis extract is obtained by extracting phragmites communis using water or an organic solvent at 80-120 deg C for 0.5-4 hours. |
