PURPOSE: A road cutting device is provided to improve cooling efficiency by obliquely forming multiple oblique grooves in the end of blades to push out air supplied to a space between blades with centrifugal force when a cutting tool rotates. CONSTITUTION: A road cutting device(100) comprises a cylindrical shaft(110), multiple blades(210), and a gap maintaining part(310). The multiple blades are coupled to a shaft and a grinding tip(212) is mounted on the exterior of the blade. The gap maintaining part is formed between the blades. Multiple through-holes(218) are formed on the exterior of the shaft.
