PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of powder petroleum coke is provided to shorten drying time by drying the petroleum coke in a continuous dryer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of powder petroleum coke comprises the following steps: pulverizing petroleum coke granules having 10% or less of the water content into 70 meshes under wet condition; continuously moving the petroleum coke powder and drying the powder to less than water content of 3%; and pulverizing the petroleum coke powder into 250 meshes or less.
