PURPOSE: A control system using a dynamic link library(DLL) function and a method thereof are provided to directly register an execution function of an internal program in a measuring instrument, thereby conveniently testing test items of various test devices without using an additional program. CONSTITUTION: A communication port(270) transmits a scripter file and a DLL function file. An interpreter(240) analyzes the scripter file and executes a function. A framework(250) loads a DLL function in the analyzed scripter file and provides a DLL execution module. The framework registers and changes an item function in the interpreter. A storage means(210) directly transmits the scripter file and the DLL function to the interpreter.
