PURPOSE: A metal flexible dye-sensitized solar cell with a coating metal substrate for processing polishing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the absorption rate of sunlight by increasing the adsorption quantity of dyes for a thin film. CONSTITUTION: A protective film(303) faces a dye layer(314). Electrolyte(320) is formed between the protective film and the dye layer. A first sealing wall(330) is made of a sealing material as a second barrier layer(312) and an upper electrode substrate(300). A second sealing wall(340) is made of a sealing material as the upper electrode substrate and a lower electrode substrate(310). A first barrier layer(304) and a metallic board(311) are coated with EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate).
