METHOD FOR MAKING POLYESTER YARN OF DIFFERENT SHRINKAGE WITH TOUCH DOWN TYPE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a blended filament yarn of different shrinkage with a core yarn and an effect yarn is provided to maximize shrinkage effect and to fabricate a fiber for winter with excellent drape property. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a blended filament yarn of different shrinkage containing a core yarn and an effect yarn comprises: a step of preparing the core yarn of high shrinkage containing 80.0-99.0 mol% of polyester and 1.0-20.0 mol% of neopentyl glycol; a step of spinning the core yarn and effect yarn at a spinning speed of 2,500-3,500m/min and preparing a blended yarn; a step of performing thermal treatment of the blended yarn in a primary heat roller at 120-125 deg.C./6.5Turn; and a step of passing the blended yarn through an interlace nozzle.
