PURPOSE: An agricultural pipe, a manufacturing method thereof, and composition are provided to produce a pipe with long service life by mixing a carbon fiber with a reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an agricultural pipe comprises following steps. The 10-30wt.% of a carbon fiber is mixed with the 70-90wt.% of polyethylene terephthalate so that a first materials is manufactured. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is mixed with PET resins with low-melting points at a rate of 1:1 so that a second material is manufactured. The first material is mixed with the second material at the weight percentage of 1:1. The mixtures of the first and second materials are extruded from a double extruder. The surface of an extruded material is coated with polyethylene terephthalate glycol, and an outer skin layer is formed.
