PURPOSE: An apparatus for distributing and processing a multi-signal and an operation method thereof are provided to improve data transmission speed to other CPU by excluding unnecessary steps in the data transmission. A memory(200) allocates the memory region by CPU according to the location of the memory region by CPU.
