PURPOSE: A concrete structure and a construction method thereof, and an underground structure which doubles as a retaining wall of a building using the same are provided to easily secure a unity with other materials by constructing a joint of a reinforcement body to be exposed. CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure(10) comprises a concrete block(20) and a reinforcement body(30). The concrete block is formed by concrete. The reinforcement body comprises a joint(32). The reinforcement body is buried in the concrete block in order that the joint can be exposed to outside of the concrete block. The joint comprises a joining groove.
