The device (1) has a CPU (4) connected to an on-board device (7) on a public transport vehicle i.e. train (3), to receive information of a moving or stop state of the vehicle and a open or close state of an access door (2) of the vehicle. The CPU sends commands to a loudspeaker (10), where the commands are different according to the reception or non reception of radio waves of a type pre-defined by a radio wave receiver (8), and according to the information transmitted by the on-board device. The on-board device provides the information of a position of the access door, to a platform. |
