<p>The block (1) has a self-bearing structure satisfying functions of a Canadian well, where the block is parallelepiped in shape and made of concrete. The structure is hidden in a ground, and supports walls of a building directly. A foundation element has a hollow interior section (2) allowing circulation of air between an air inlet and an air outlet of the building, where two surfaces of the block are opened.
