PURPOSE: A porous 3-dimensional scaffold is provided to improve the effect of tissue cells attached to the surface of the scaffold penetrating inside the scaffold, thereby improving recovery effectiveness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous 3-dimensional scaffold comprises: a step of manufacturing agarose gel through hydrogelation of agarose to liquid state after preparing agarose which is pore introducing material; a step of press-molding by putting the agarose gel into a mold with base material of biomaterial forming scaffold; a step of quenching and freeze-drying the molded product , and fixing the product by ethanol; and a step of manufacturing a 3-deminsional scaffold with improved porosity and air-permeability by removing agarose by soaking the product to water with the temperature of 50°C or more. |
