A cosmetic composition for suppressing skin troubles induced by stresses is provided to inhibit loss of hair caused by early change from growing hair follicle into degenerative hair follicle induced by stresses. The cosmetic composition for suppressing skin troubles induced by stresses comprises 1,8-cineol(2-oxabicyclo [2,2,2]octane, 1,3,3-trimethyl-1,3,3,-trimethyl-2-oxabicyclo [2,2,2]octane) as an effective ingredient, wherein the composition further comprises at least one component selected from minoxidil, panthenol derivative, Biota orientalis ENDL. and Swertia pseudo-chinensis (Bunge) Hara; and the amount of 1,8-cineol is 0.0001-10 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition, and the amount of the further component is 0.001-10 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition. |
