PURPOSE: A neutralizing agent accommodating tray is provided to fundamentally prevent perm neutralizing agent from flowing out. CONSTITUTION: A neutralizing agent accommodating tray includes a base part(110) composed of an insertion part formed in a U shape and into which the neck of a wearer is inserted, a gutter part as an accommodating space, a first and a second accommodating parts formed at both fore-ends, and a tray accommodating part formed at a central region; a first cover part(120) installed at the top surface of the fore-end forming the first accommodating part; and a second cover part(130) installed at the top surface of the fore-end forming the second accommodating part. A sloping part is formed at the first and the second cover parts in order for neutralizing agent to be guided and flow into each accommodating part.
