The carrier has a tube or sleeve (10) including three elastic fabric layers (11-13) connected together by a sewing line (14) extending along a generatrix of the tube or sleeve. The layers are composed of three pieces of fabric of equal lengths and widths sewn along ends of the fabric and between them to form the tube or sleeve, where the fabric is a jersey or duffel made from cotton, hemp, bamboo or other fabric containing the appropriate percentage of elastic fibers such as 5 percent of elastane, and the height of the sleeve is between 50 and 70 cm.
