PURPOSE: A mono block dielectric filter including metamaterial structure and communication relay apparatus using the same are provided to save the consumption of raw materials and promote price competitiveness. CONSTITUTION: Multiple capacitance patterns(141,142) are formed in the upper surface of a dielectric block. The multiple capacitance patterns surround each resonance hole. Multiple meta material patterns(151,152) are formed in the outer circumstance of each capacitance pattern.
