PURPOSE: A bicycle handlebar is provided to precisely measure rotation angle in operating a handlebar of a bicycle which is rideable indoors. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle handlebar includes a base plate(100) penetrated by a steering tube; a bearing housing(200) containing a penetration hole through which the steering tube passes; a bearing(300) whose inner circumferential surface is force fitted to the steering tube; an upper plate(400) rotating with the bearing housing combined together; a rotation plate(500) clamped to the upper part of the steering tube; an angle plate(600) formed around the steering tube with a circular arc shape; and an angle measuring sensor(700) rotating adjacent to projections, and clamped to the upper plate.
