MULTI LAYER PE SHEET FOR WARNING EXPRESSION ON TOP PART OF BURIED CABLE PROTECT PLATE AND METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A multilayer PE sheet for displaying warning expressions on the top portion of a buried cable protection plate with excellent durability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a decline in durability caused by contact with soil. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer PE sheet(100) for displaying warning expressions on the top portion of a buried cable protection plate with excellent durability comprises a protection member(110), an adhesion medium layer(120), a support layer(130), a print layer(140), and a surface protection layer(150). The protection member protects a cable buried in the ground. The adhesion medium layer is formed on the top surface of the protection member and is composed of EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate). The support layer is formed on the top of the adhesion medium layer and is composed of MDPE(medium density polyethylene) with additive. The print layer is formed on the support layer, and warning expressions are printed thereon. The surface protection layer is formed on the top of the print layer and is composed of LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene).
