<p>The present invention relates to a system for producing an infused drink, said system including a device (1) for infusing a substance to be infused. The device has an infusion chamber, for receiving a packaging (21) containing the substance to be infused and for passing a pressurized water flow through the substance to be infused. The infusion chamber has an inlet portion (2) that includes an inlet head (4) for moving water into the infusion chamber and an outlet portion (3) that includes an outlet head (5) for the infused drink. The inlet portion (2) and the outlet portion (3) are set up so as to be spaced apart from one another, in order to open the infusion chamber, or brought close to one another in order to close the infusion chamber via a movement means.
