PURPOSE: An electric hair treating tool and a method for coating a ceramic coating plate for the electric hair treating tool are provided to efficiently treat hair and to restore damaged hair based on ultrasound wave and far infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A method for coating a ceramic coating plate for the electric hair treating tool includes the following: the surface of a metal plate is treated with sanding in order to form fine concave-convex(S10); ceramic fine powder and liquid thermosetting adhesive are uniformly mixed to obtain a ceramic coating solution(S20); the ceramic coating solution is introduced into a spray and is sprayed on the surface of the metal plate with the fine concave-convex to form a ceramic coating layer(S30); and the metal plate is introduced into a plasticizing furnace to be plasticized at a temperature between 800 and 1000 degrees Celsius.
