PURPOSE: An air jet propulsion device is provided to improve propulsion force by discharging external air after being drawn into a diffuser according to the discharge power. CONSTITUTION: An air jet propulsion device comprises a jetting body(10), an impeller, a main engine(30), connection ribs, booster body(50), and an air inflow space. Inflow holes through which external air enters are formed in the lower part of the jetting body and an air discharge port is formed in one side of the top of the jetting body. The top of the jetting body is a conical shape. The impeller is mounted on a centrifugal shaft to draw in the air through the inflow holes and to jet the air to the air discharge port. The main engine is connected to the centrifugal shaft on which the impeller is mounted to transmit rotating power to the centrifugal shaft. The connection ribs are extended to the exterior of the air discharge port of the jetting body. The inner side of the booster body is connected to the connection ribs, thereby guiding the air in the outside of the air discharge port into the air discharge port to mix with the air discharged from the air discharge port of the jetting body. The air inflow space is formed between the connection ribs for connecting the inner side of the booster body. |
