FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: mobile strapping device contains tensioner to apply tension to strapping tape loop, connecting appliance to connect two overlaying tape loop zones, and chargeable energy accumulator for actuating using motor of at least appliance for frictional welding and/or tensioner. Herewith, energy accumulator represents lithium-ion battery for providing with energy the welding appliance, and the device is equipped with actuating element to switch on the motor.
