摘要 FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing acrylonitrile from glycerine. The method involves a first step for gas-phase dehydration of glycerine in the presence of a catalyst having Hammett acidity, denoted by H, less than +2, at temperature ranging from 150°C to 500°C and at pressure and at pressure ranging from 1 to 5 bar, to obtain acrolein; a second step for ammoxidation of acrolein on an ammoxidation catalyst at temperature ranging from 300°C to 550°C and at pressure ranging from 1 to 5 bar, to obtain acrylonitrile; and an intermediate step for partial condensation of water and heavy byproducts obtained at the dehydration step. The invention also relates to acrylonitrile withC content of the order 10wt % with respect to total weight of carbon which can be obtained using the method given above.EFFECT: method enables to optimise the acrolein ammoxidation step by reducing the amount of water and impurities in a stream rich in acrolein.3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex
