摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a windmill method which matches a method for offshore power generation on the wide ocean, especially floating body type offshore power generation, which is important. <P>SOLUTION: Because a self-stabilizing vertical axis windmill is employed that flexibly combines a horizontal wing and a vertical wing so as to be freely rotatable, no unbalanced load is generated unlike the horizontal-axis windmill and the need for considering wind directions is eliminated, so that it becomes possible to develop a system which does not create adverse effect on the windmill support. In addition, when three windmills are built using a flexible link mechanism in order to form a triangle and then multiplexed based on this shape by the same method, stable operation can be executed even in the wind farm with a large number of many windmills.
