LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure with enough reliability for a light-emitting device including a light-emitting element by suppressing an effect of water entering from the outside.

SOLUTION: A light-emitting device has a partition wall. The partition wall has a first opening part and a second opening part to be provided with a light-emitting element. The second opening part surrounds the outer periphery of a pixel portion. At the second opening part, the partition wall penetrates in a thickness direction. A cathode of the light-emitting element is provided at the second opening part. A bottom part of the second opening part is provided with a conductive film that is in contact with the cathode. This structure can block the path of water entering from the outside and reaching the light-emitting element of the pixel portion, and suppress its effect.
