<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight of a reflector of which the optical axis is adjusted by an optical axis adjusting mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular head lamp includes a lamp housing 2 and a lamp lens 3, a light source 4, a reflector 5, a fitting bracket 6, and optical axis adjusting mechanisms 7, 8, 20. The fitting bracket 6 is composed of a holding part 14 for holding the light source 4, a fitting part 15 on which the optical axis adjusting mechanisms 7, 8, 20 are mounted, and a connection part 16 for connecting the holding part 14 to the fitting part 15.
