<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system having further high performance and favorable optical performances despite having a vibration-proof performance, an optical apparatus including the optical system, and a method for manufacturing the optical system. <P>SOLUTION: The optical system includes, in order from an object side: a first lens unit G1; a second lens unit G2 having a negative refractive power; and a third lens unit G3 having a positive refractive power. The first lens unit G1 is fixed in the direction of the optical axis with respect to the image surface and the second lens unit G2 is provided movably in a direction having a component perpendicular to the optical axis, and satisfies predetermined conditions. An antireflection film is provided on at least one surface of optical surfaces in the first lens unit and the second lens unit, and the antireflection film includes at least a layer formed by using a wet process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
