<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transport fluid which can improve heat conductivity by reducing: thermal resistance of a substance that a fluid contains; and thermal resistance among contained materials. <P>SOLUTION: The heat transport fluid 1 comprises: a solvent 2 consisting of water and an organic matter; a plurality of carbon nanotubes 3 dispersed in the solvent 2; and a dispersant 4 that comes into contact with the carbon nanotubes 3 to disperse the carbon nanotubes 3 in the solvent 2.
