<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring coupler which allows, in particular, easy extension work of a cable when using a cable press-fitting method. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring coupler comprises: a base body 1 which has a cable insertion port 1a at its end, and is fixed onto a wall surface or a floor surface in a building; and a cover body 2 which has a cable insertion port 2a at its end, and is detachably fitted to the base body 1. Housing spaces 1b and 2b communicating to the respective cable insertion ports 1a and 2a are defined inside the cover body 2 and the base body 1. Meanwhile, another coupler 9 is connected to each of the cable insertion ports 1a and 2a with a predetermined gap 10 defined therebetween so that a cable is laid in the housing spaces 1b and 2b via the gap 10. On an inner face of an opening end of one of the base body 1 and the cover body 2, slopes 4 and 7 are provided which protrude further than the inner face. The slopes 4 and 7 forcibly guide the tip of the press-fitted cable toward the housing spaces 1b and 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
