<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking utensil which has high hardness, is scratch-proof and smear-proof, and has non-adhesiveness, allowing smears to be wiped off easily, and is excellent in cleaning performance. <P>SOLUTION: On a surface of a base material 31 composed of metal or surface treated steel, a coating film 12 as a ceramics layer mainly composed of silicon-based or alumina-based fine powder 21 is coated and formed. A ceramics component which hardly produces gas in a range of heat receiving temperature of 250 to 400 °C and heatproof temperature or lower of the coating film 12 or the base material 31 is selected as the fine powder 21 of the coating film 12 to form a film having non-adhesiveness and water repellency on the surface of the base material 31, so that the cooking utensil has high hardness, and is scratch-proof and smear-proof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
